  3. I fix it fast — I guide you through anything I need you to do, or with your permission I take over and handle it. Most fixes take 20–45 minutes.
  4. Easy payment — I send you a quick, secure link to pay the $75 flat rate. You can use any card or Apple/Google Pay. Simple and safe.
  5. You're covered for 3 days — If anything pops back up, I’ll recheck it for free.

Family, friends, past coworkers — I’ve always been the one who fixes the tech problems nobody wants to deal with.

I’m not here to bury you in jargon or talk like a robot. I’m here to fix the issue, explain it simply, and get you back to your day.

I’ve helped people with everything from slow computers to Wi-Fi disasters to remote troubleshooting at previous jobs. If it’s a common tech problem, I’ve probably solved it a hundred times.
